Well, I guess you could say that it's been a banner couple of days for Thomas Beau! He got a second game ball, which is featured in the picture, for having the best game of all the team! He knocked in 7 runs, which helped the team advance in the season end playoffs! Yeah! Below, he gets a big congratulatory hug from little sis. You can also see that the ball field is somewhat of a mud pit for both children. Maddie does watch some of the game, but she spends most of the time with the "big" girls at an adjacent playground.
After the game, Gary took the kids to see "Shrek", while Mom enjoyed some much needed time to herself!
